Treatment involves an initial assessment lasting approximately an hour, followed by 3 or 4 sessions lasting 40 minutes.

The fee is £90 for an hour and £70 for 40 minutes. Treatment takes place in the comfort of your own home.

Before your assessment you will be asked to complete a health screening form with basic medical details. This will help determine if breathing re-training is right for you and if you are in my catchment area. I can travel up to 15 miles from Musselburgh free of charge, except into Edinburgh due to parking restrictions. I can offer treatment outside this catchment however this may incur an additional mileage surcharge of 20p/mile up to a maximum of £3.
